Kinesiology is defined as the use of muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body’s structural, chemical, emotional components to establish the body’s priority healing needs used to evaluate energy changes brought about by a broad spectrum of manual and therapeutic procedures.

It is a system of natural health care which combines muscle monitoring to assess energy and body function and applying a range of gentle yet powerful healing wellbeing and vitality techniques to improve health.

Kinesiology, therefore, may be understood as a system of natural health care which combines muscle monitoring with the principles of Chinese medicine to assess energy and body function, applying a range of gentle yet powerful healing techniques to improve health, wellbeing and vitality.
